Sabina Dobre specializes in private law, with a particular emphasis on corporate law. She is member of the teams of lawyers who assist clients such as SMEs and local / international groups in missions as incorporation of companies, annual legal follow-up, drafting of legal or administrative documents, representation of clients before the Romanian fiscal and administrative bodies, including the Trade Register.
