Dana GRUIA DUFAUT, founder of the Law Firm, is one of the pioneers of the profession of business lawyer in Romania, thus accompanying investors since 1991 initially in the context of complex privatizations and joint venture, then M&A, greenfield or PPP investments.

With over 30 years of experience as lawyer accounting for her exquisite negotiation and advisory skills, she has been capitalizing on her expertise for the benefit of companies, entrepreneurs, industrial groups and their managers in integrated matters related to activity and patrimony structuring but also to investment and development operations.

She enjoys a long experience in business law with particular emphasis on companies and corporate law, real estate and construction law, social & tax law.

Doctor of Law, Dana GRUIA DUFAUT has made a major contribution to the development of the Romanian business law through the legal and jurisprudence practice models imposed at the local level. She is also a regular contributor with articles about to Romanian law and the investment community and a valued speaker at conferences on foreign investment, as well as on other legal issues of general interest. French Foreign Trade Advisor (1998-2010) and Legal counsel of the French Embassy in Romania (1996-2011), she is currently a member of the Board of Director of the CCIFER.
