Alexandra has been working in the corporate division for 12 years now. She advises mainly on corporate law (legal follow-up, statutory modifications, company acquisition) and tax law (representing the clients during the tax control procedures regarding VAT/ / income tax audits, transfer pricing, customs regulations, tax residence of foreigners).

She has also acquired significant experience in commercial and tax litigation (challenge of tax decisions, actions in administrative litigation, requests for suspension of enforcement, etc.).

• Member of the team that assists and advices one of the biggest international companies in malt production, especially in tax-related matters.

• Legal advice as a member of the legal team assisting major players in different fields: cereals trade, starch industry but also clinical trial (research – development in biotechnology).

• Legal assistance and drawing up various types of contracts and legal advice on tax issued, including at a Group level, in various fields, such as lubricants and fuel industry, food industry;

• Legal advice as a member of the team providing advisory services to one of the biggest players in the field of mobile telephony in public procurement procedures.
