The Tax Department advises and assists clients in their relations with the tax authorities and handles their administrative or pre- administrative files. The Department often works in partnership with the client’s accountants, chartered accountants or auditors in order to implement the best tax solutions:
- Assistance related to various tax issues
- Legal due diligence and assistance for credits and funding
- Negotiating and drafting international agreements for complex financial operations
- Representation and assistance in the relations with the tax authorities, as well as in litigations with the public authorities
