Mihaela NITU Senior Associate

With an experience of almost 15 years in the legal field, Mihaela NITU assists clients by both providing legal advice and representation in litigations, in different case files related to labour and corporate law. 

She advises on issues related to the employee-employer relationship, as well as in decision-making by the management and the national legislation’ application. She assists clients during negotiations (collective bargaining, negotiations of company agreements, collective or individual dismissal) and provides legal advice in the context of M&A, or restructuring proceedings. Mihaela also performs HR audits and draws up/reviews contractual clauses (non-competition, mobility etc.), internal regulations, organization and operation, confidentiality pacts, employment contracts. She also represents clients in all labour litigations or in relation with the competent authorities, carrying out all formalities or actions to challenge sanctions.

She has acquired recognized competence in cross-border posting matters and protection of personal data as a specialist accredited CIPP/E (Information Certified Privacy Professional/Europe) by IAPP.
