The seminar aims to clarify several important aspects set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation, presenting how it will multiply and diversify the obligations imposed on most companies in Romania starting 25 May 2018, the date of its entry into force. The presentation will grant special attention to the following aspects: consent of individuals on data processing, the role and obligations of the DPO, the preparation of the impact assessment, the method of handling and reporting security incidents.
