In recognition of her dedication to the institution and her professional activity, Ms. Dana Gruia Dufaut, founding lawyer of the firm, was awarded an honorary medal by the Paris Bar following her admission to the honorary status of the Paris Bar.
During the medal presentation ceremony held this Monday, April 29 at the Maison du Barreau, Mr. Pierre Hoffmann, the Dean of the Bar, highlighted Dana Gruia Dufaut's professional journey since her admission to the Paris Bar in 1987.
He emphasized her assistance to French companies wishing to establish themselves in Eastern Europe, as well as her involvement in diplomatic and international relations, serving as legal counsel to the French Embassy in Romania (1996-2011) and as advisor to French citizens abroad for Romania and the Republic of Moldova since 2014.
The Dean also underscored the significance of Dana Gruia Dufaut's activity, as she is a knight of the Order of Merit and the Legion of Honor.
Mr. Jean-Marie de Burguburu, former Dean of the Paris Bar, also testified to his collaboration with Ms. Dana Gruia Dufaut within the International Union of Lawyers (UIA), where she served as Regional Secretary in the 1990s.
