Loredana Van de WAART, elected as member of the NRCC Board of Directors
Mrs. Loredana Van de WAART, Partner of the GRUIA DUFAUT LAW OFFICE, was elected as Member of the Board of Directors of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in Romania (NRCC).
The board members were chosen during the General Assembly of Members which took place on the 6th of March 2018 in Bucharest.
In total, 13 candidates applied for the 7 opening positions.
The results were as follows:
• Edwin WARMERDAM (reelected as a Treasurer – Partner, head of Tax Advisory, Mazars Romania)
• Alexandru POPESCU (reelected - Market leader CEE Health Systems Philips)
• Loredana van de WAART (newly elected – Partner GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office
• Philip AARSMAN (reelected - Managing Director, Business Lease)
• Ronald OORT (reelected - Chief Risk Officer, ING)
• Simina FODOR (newly elected – CEO, FSP Global)
• Tom LEENE (newly elected – Director, Fokker Engineering Romania)
The NRCC is governed by a Board of Directors representing the Dutch business sector in Romania. Members of the Board are elected during the annual General Assembly. The president of the NRCC is Gerke WITTEVEEN, CFO NN Life Insurance.
Since 2006, The Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC) supports and promotes the Dutch-Romanian business community. The NRCC does that this by creating business opportunities within its active community of members, having a close contact with Embassy of The Netherlands in Romania and acting as a consultation partner between the business sector and the Romanian Government.
