The Gruia Dufaut Law Office assisted Groupe Atlantic, through the acquisition process of land and industrial premises in the PWP BUCHAREST NORTH industrial park from Ariceștii Rahtivani, Prahova County, in order to start manufacturing HVAC (Heating – Ventilation – Air Conditioning) equipment.
The Gruia Dufaut team having assisted GROUPE ATLANTIC was made of Cristina Bojică, Partner, Teodora Koletsis, Partner, Gabriela Popescu, Senior Associate specialising in corporate law and Florin Dogaru, Associate, specialising in real estate law.
“Groupe Atlantic’s latest real estate acquisition in Romania is an investment of great importance for the local economy and, at the same time, strengthens the position of this group in the region. Our intervention covered both the pre-acquisition stage, by carrying out legal and real estate due diligences, and the negotiation stage, including contract drafting. We shall continue to assist GROUPE ATLANTIC also during the implementation stage of the project, by handling matters related to building law, contractual law or labor law.
