- FRENCH-ROMANIAN DOMAINS IN SAHATENI
Last updated: 3 November 2014
On the trail of successful French investments in Romania, the team of the GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office took advantage of the last sunny days of autumn and visited the French-Romanian Domains in Sahateni, Buzau County.
We were greeted with hospitality by Mr. Denis THOMAS and by his wife, two French citizens living in Romania for over 10 years. They presented to us, with "Romanian" pride, their investment and the surroundings. Before showing us their Cellar, which houses and exclusive collection of ecologic wines, Denis explained to us in detail and with great passion the techniques and methods of ecologic vine culture
Coming from the Bourgogne area in France, this wine producer is the main supplier of premium organic wines to hotels, restaurants and catering companies all over the country. By his investment, he succeeded in placing Buzau on the European wine tasting map.
