The evolution of the pharmaceutical global market and the perspectives of the pharmaceutical industry were the main subjects debated at the 3rd edition of the ZF Pharma Summit conference, organized by the Ziarul Financiar daily on September 29 and 30 in Bucharest.
Intervening as a speaker at this conference, Mrs. Loredana Van de WAART, Partner at the GRUIA DUFAUT Law Office, held a presentation of the main implications that the new European Directives on public procurement have in business development. Mrs. Van de WAART also highlighted the new rules introduced by the national legislation on public procurement, especially with regard to the good conduct guarantee and its implications, as well as the new transparency rules applicable to technical specifications within the health sector.
